Home Theater Accessories Add the Perfect Finishing Touch

It was in 2004 when Matt and his wife Trish added a home theater room to the plans for their home.  They always wanted to build their own home and they weren’t holding anything back when it came to their comfort and enjoyment.  While waiting for the final touches to be finished on the house, Matt and Trish shopped for items they would need.  Matt was anxious to pick out the leather home theater loungers and Trish was in charge of the decorating as well as finding the best home theater accessories.

Trish was excited to have this job.  She couldn’t wait to surprise Matt with some of the ideas that she had.  One of Matt’s favorite movies was Star Wars.  It also happened to be the first movie that they saw together.  Star Wars was special to them and Trish wanted to find the best movie poster case in which to display it. 

Poster Marquees Bring the Feel of the Theater to the Home

When the house was complete, Trish was able to purchase the poster marquee that she had chosen.  The carpeting, wide screen TV, and loungers were all in place. All she needed were the home theater room accessories.  She had kept the Star Wars marquee a secret for so long and she was ready to burst with excitement.  Trish didn’t know that Matt had a little surprise for her too.

Popcorn is a Popping in a Classic Popcorn Popper

It was just before 5:00 PM when Matt installed the popcorn popper. Trish would be back from work at any moment and Matt wanted to set the stage for the surprise.  Meanwhile, Trish parked in the garage and pulled the neatly covered poster case out from under the cabinet.  She dusted it off with the blanket she had wrapped it in and crept into the house. 

Trish tiptoed to the home theater room and slid inside.  She was so preoccupied with her own surprise that she didn’t even notice the popcorn that was popping.  She hung the marquee and dashed from the room to find Matt.  Trish found him in the living room.  They spoke at the same time, “I have a surprise for you!”  Trish giggled and together they walked to their home theater room with a spring in their step. 

“Surprise!” they both shouted.   They loved the accessories that made their home theater room a special place for them.  Trish couldn’t believe that Matt actually bought a popcorn popper, especially one that looked like it was from a concession stand.  Matt was quite pleased to see Star Wars up in lights.  The poster marquee was wonderful.  They agreed with one another that their choices in home theater accessories were the perfect finishing touches to their room. 

Trish had one more clever idea up her sleeve.  She looked at Matt and said “Remember, the Force will be with you always…and so will I.” They grabbed some popcorn and curled up in their loungers.  Star Wars was never better.
